For US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Saudi Arabia:
Shipping fee starts at $4.25 for priority airmail from 0 - 100 grams (0-3.5 oz), $4.75 for priority airmail from 100 - 200 grams (3.5 oz - 7 oz.) , and $5.25 for priority airmail from 200 - 300 grams (7.0 - 10.5 oz)
Shipping will take from 1.5 to 2.5 weeks depending on location and custom destination.
For Europe:
Shipping fee starts at $3.75 for priority airmail from 0 - 100 grams (0-3.5 oz), $4.25 for priority airmail between 100- 200 grams (3.5 oz - 7 oz.) and $4.75 for priority airmail from 200 - 300 grams (7.0 - 10.5 oz)

Expedite mailing is available but it is very costly and hence are not recommended. You can, of course, request for expedite shipping.
